| 8/20/2012 - Steve Marks | | I was very pleased with how fast American spring has responded to my call. My system had went down right in the middle of summer and right when the temperature has picked well over 100 in my area. Josef the energy management consultant had came in and walked me thru the entire process. I now have a great new central system, and my wife is happy with how clean the job was.

03/23/2012 American Spring did a great job… American Spring did a great job replacing our AC/Heater rooftop unit. They team was reliable, responsible, and quick. Not to mention they were very competitive with prices. I feel like I got the best deal possible.
They even did a follow up visit to make sure everything was running smoothly.

5 stars 03/20/2012 American Spring Heating and Cooling… American Spring Heating and Cooling offer great pricing, are reliable, dependable, and are very professional. The customer service is great and I would do business with them in the future. I called many other places in the local area and I compared the prices, availability, and their phone manner. I choose American Spring over the others!
Give them a try, you won't regret it. | 1/28/2013 Regina Billings- I spent weeks meeting with AC-H companies and trying to get estimates on AC-H for my condo. I met with three different companies from Angie's List, but either the estimates were too high, or didn't give enough detailed information or didn't send any estimate. I had to wait and follow up with phone calls. Finally, I went to Home Depot and Lowes. Both said they'd have someone call me that afternoon. Lowes called, Home Depot didn't call 'til after I signed on with Lowes. American Spring, showed up the next day. Josef walked me through explaining what had to be done and presented me with a very affordable estimate. I signed on, and 3 working days later they came and replaced the condenser on roof and the entire system in the condo. The thermostat guy came the following morning and turned everything on. No noise! And Josef was there to walk me through again. Great guy. Great work. Great price. Great teamwork! I want to thank Josef and his crew of two (whose names I'm sorry to have forgotten)for exemplfying what professional service should be. Thank you! 12/10/2012 Stacie Johnson- I am extremely please with the price I was quoted. American Spring has installed a split system in my house. The work performed was done by real professionals whom had worked real hard to keep the job on schedule and very very clean and neat. I am so very pleased with this firm, I had referred them to a friend of mine who has some commercial building and they are currently in negotiation to take over all of his Maintenance service. Hands down this guys are the right company to perform your Heating and Air Conditioner needs. Thank you. 12/05/2012 James Smithers- My Furnace broke down on a Friday night. Optimistically I went to the computer and searched Google a Furnace technician. I came across American Spring phone number and I called. Since it was a little past 10pm I had not anticipated anyone answering the phone. To my surprise they have a life answering service whom had instructed me to wait for a call first thing in the morning. 8:30am the next morning I had received a call and by 10am a furnace technician was at my door. The price was reasonable as they have had to actually replace a part. The ignition mechanism had broke or I should say cracked. Total out the door price between the parts and the service was $215. Thank you American Spring for your fast, reliable, and affordable service. |
